GTM Artisan Metal - Laser Cut Metal Panels
Laser Cut Metal Screens for Architecture & Interiors

Technical Specs and Mounting Options

Depending on your installation and the design you select, we can provide a continuous flow of the pattern throughout the installation, and we can “interlock” the pattern so that you don’t see where the panels meet. All of our projects are custom and made to order. We fabricate panels to your project requirements and sizes for your application, however to cover a larger area with our panels, often we will have to use several physical panels to do it. The largest single panel we can laser cut at a time is just under 5’ x 10’, so to cover a larger area we would break that up into pieces.

When designing your next architectural element, sign, or artisanal creation, here are some questions to consider in order to optimize your efforts.

  • Indoor or outdoor location
  • Harsh environment: Extreme heat or cold, salt air, etc.
  • Weight considerations
  • Material type: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless, Copper, Bronze, Brass
  • Material thickness
  • Overall size
  • Square footage to be covered
  • Number of pieces
  • Finish requirement: Powder coat, brush/sanded, polished, anodize, custom paint
  • Mounting type: Flush, raised
  • Mounting location: Floor, wall, building façade, ground, etc...
